tablespoons canned chili boneless, skinless chicken strips avocado
slices Directions: Add chicken strips with chili
in bowl, warm in microwave for 90 seconds. Spread on a warm
tortilla and add slices of avocado. Fold into a burrito.
Sweet Potato Breakfast Burrito 10 inch flour
tortilla 1 cup (1/2 – inch) cubed, peeled sweet potato 2 eggs salt
pepper Directions: Steam sweet potato covered for
5 minutes, or until tender, and cool. Cut into cubes. Beat two eggs
and add pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble eggs and mix potato with
the eggs in large skillet and add to warm tortilla. Fold into a
burrito. Raspberry Lemonade 1 cup fresh
raspberries 3 3/4 cup Lemonade mint for garnish
Directions: Put raspberries and 3/4 cup lemonade
into blender. Strain through a sieve into bowl. Combine with 3 cups
lemonade. Chill, serve with mint.
