Crimewatch


PETTY THEFT A rear wheel worth $100 was stolen
from a bicycle at the Center for Health Sciences bike rack on April
5.

Someone stole a web camera and CD-ROM worth a total of $50 from
a room at the UCLA Anderson School of Management on March 24.

GRAND THEFT A $5,000 laptop was stolen from a
room at 300 Medical Plaza between April 2 and April 5.

Someone stole a bank card and used it at a North Campus ATM on
Jan. 29, resulting in a $1,000 loss.

MISCELLANEOUS Someone reported people screaming
from two balconies near the intersection of Strathmore Drive and
Kelton Avenue on April 7. Those involved were advised not to
disturb the peace, and a party was shut down.

A man was arrested on April 6 after shoving a woman outside the
cafeteria in the Center for Health Sciences.

Someone reported a possible transient sitting in Lot 3 on April
6. The subject turned out to belong to a cleaning crew.

A counterfeit $10 bill was received at the School of Dentistry
cashier’s office on April 5.

An unknown suspect struck a vehicle in Lot 4 on April 5. The
report was forwarded to detectives for additional
investigation.
