South Tower finds new life through seismic retrofit

It’s no secret that Southern California is a hotbed of seismic activity. The Seismic Correction Program aims to seismically retrofit UCLA buildings to make them more stable during earthquakes. One such building is the South Tower of the Center for Health Sciences, which used to be UCLA’s medical center.
