Magnitude 3.5 earthquake strikes about 15 miles from UCLA campus



A 3.5 magnitude earthquake hit Los Angeles on Wednesday morning.

The quake originated around 15 miles from the UCLA campus in South Los Angeles at 8:31 a.m., according to the United States Geological Survey.

A 2019 study found that 15 UCLA buildings posed serious risk to life in the event of an earthquake.
