Students began lining up outside De Neve Dining, Feast at Rieber and Epicuria at Covel around 4:40 p.m. in anticipation of the dinner meal period beginning at 5 p.m.

The line for Feast at Rieber stretched several yards in the rain as of 5:10 p.m., and students lining up for De Neve Dining and Epicuria at Covel filled up the limited indoor space.
