Questions of insufficiency remain during Greek life Title IX training

Students in fraternities and sororities learned about sexual harassment and unhealthy relationships at mandatory Title IX training this quarter. The UCLA Title IX Office, Campus Assault Resources & Education, and Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life hosted eight sexual violence prevention workshops this quarter for students in Greek life, said Aaron Lopez, the Associate Response Team coordinator at UCLA’s Title IX Office. New UCLA Library program will begin digitizing cultural items for preservation

A new conservation initiative at UCLA Library will help digitize at-risk cultural items and share them on a UCLA-hosted website. UCLA Library announced Oct. 9 the creation of Documenting Global Voices, a program that aims to preserve endangered symbolic materials of cultures. Read more...

AFSCME patient care workers plan strike against new employment terms
