Trace amounts of COVID-19 were found in on-campus housing wastewater Thursday. The UCLA Office of Environment, Health & Safety found the COVID-19 traces as a part of their residential building wastewater testing program. The university emailed students living in on-campus housing to notify them of the trace amounts of the virus found Thursday, said UCLA spokesperson Katherine Alvarado. Read more...

BruinBus, the campus bus service, returned Sept. 20, including the U1 Weyburn route that had been temporarily suspended, according to UCLA Transportation. UCLA Transportation runs five regular routes on the BruinBus network, which is complimentary for UCLA students, staff, faculty and visitors. Read more...

Black student leaders are calling on the university to allocate more funding for programming at the Black Bruin Resource Center. The BBRC first opened in summer 2020 and offered virtual services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Read more...

Ackerman Union is soon to be a gaming destination. Associated Students UCLA, in partnership with Esports Entertainment Group, will open a high-tech esports center available to the entire UCLA community this school year. Read more...
