GSA forum to present charges against President Milan Chatterjee
The graduate student government will present charges against its president at a meeting Wednesday evening. USAC centralizes funding applications for student groups
Student groups can now apply to several funding applications through a centralized portal. Heather Hourdequin, undergraduate student government internal vice president, said her office worked to consolidate five funding applications into one site to streamline the student group funding process. Petition calls for dismissal of professor accused of sexual assault
A group of graduate students started a petition that demands the University of California dismiss a UCLA history professor accused of sexually assaulting two students. Preston McBride, president of the History Graduate Students Association, said graduate students started the petition after UCLA officials allowed history professor Gabriel Piterberg to return to teach on campus. Students will build a succulent-filled wall at the Broxton public parking structure this week to add colorful, sustainable scenery to Westwood.
