LADWP lags in improving underground infrastructure after UCLA flood

UCPD arrest man who allegedly threatened with knife in parking lot
University police arrested a man who allegedly threatened another man with a knife in Parking Structure 4 Sunday morning. The man followed the second man from the 405 Freeway into the first level of the parking lot after an apparent road rage incident, according to a UCPD statement. Read more...
