‘3 Day Startup’ aims to develop students’ entrepreneurial skills
Forty students will work in teams to develop complete business models, starting with their ideas and onward, this weekend on the Hill. Winter SOOF applicants to receive about $200 in USAC funding
The undergraduate student government unanimously allocated about $20,600 to more than 100 student groups on Tuesday to use for a variety of operational costs. Anderson student creates ‘glitter bomb’ website startup
Ben Follansbee spent the last three weeks stuffing glitter into envelopes and sending them to hundreds of people across the country. Follansbee, a master’s of business administration student at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, is the founder of SparkleSlap.com, a startup website that supplies customers with glitter bombs that are sent to unsuspecting recipients.
