Dry ice explosion at UCLA under police investigation
A dry ice explosion went off in Shapiro Fountain on the top of Janss Steps early on Monday, according to a university police report. Two women and three men put the dry ice explosives in and around the fountain just after 1 a.m., according to the report. Read more...
