UCPD arrests man on several charges at Weyburn Terrace Apartments

University police arrested a 43-year-old man at UCLA Weyburn Terrace Apartments on Nov. 23 on several charges, according to a Tuesday UCPD press release. Charles Branch, a Los Angeles resident not affiliated with UCLA, was charged with burglary, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia and a probation violation, according to the press release.
