Los Angeles Metro officials discussed preliminary costs and scheduling for the Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project at a May community meeting Thursday. Metro announced in a May 7 statement that William Scott, who was the San Francisco Police Department’s chief for eight years and worked for LAPD for 27 years, will lead the new Transit Community Public Safety Department.
