Low-income Los Angeles neighborhoods are at greater risk for not receiving COVID-19 relief funds, according to a UCLA study published in April. Air quality in Los Angeles has improved during the COVID-19 pandemic, UCLA professors and the Environmental Protection Agency confirmed in April.
