The Undergraduate Students Association Council voted Wednesday to place the Education, Access, and Retention NOW! referendum, a measure to charge undergraduate students $5 a quarter for spaces and resources for Black students and transfer students on the USAC elections ballot, pending approval by Chancellor Gene Block and the University of California Office of the President. The Undergraduate Students Association Council passed a resolution Nov. 16 in support of student-initiated and student-run projects overseen by the UCLA Community Programs Office.
