A former employee of a podcast network is suing a University of California regent for brandishing weapons to compel him to falsify advertising data. Students across the University of California are working to improve resources for students with disabilities through a new two-year project. Graduate student associations in University of California campuses are no longer part of the UC Student Association, following a vote by graduate student leaders Thursday. The UC Graduate-Professional Coalition, which consists of graduate student representatives from 10 UC campuses, voted to leave UCSA in a conference call Thursday night. Read more...

UCLA’s admission rate reached 16.1 percent this year, its lowest level ever. The university also admitted a higher percentage of out-of-state students than in-state students and increased the percentage of students it admitted from underrepresented minority groups. Read more...
