Built as a Ralphs grocery store in 1929, the building at the northeastern corner of Westwood Boulevard and Lindbrook Drive was one of the six original buildings in Westwood Village. It was divided into a multi-tenant space after the Ralphs closed in 1962, and is now home to Peet’s Coffee & Tea and 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza.
