The UCLA club hockey team will face USC at the Staples Center to compete for the Crosstown Cup. The team lost to USC 5-4 last season. The addition of freshmen David Giroux, Kevin Lystad and Doo Soo Kim has provided a strong offensive attack for UCLA.


UCLA Rugby Club tries to expand and diversify team with new athletes

David Martini did not come to UCLA planning to play rugby. He picked up the sport at the end of sophomore year, after playing two seasons as a wide receiver for the Bruins, because he was "just looking for something to do." Read more...

The UCLA club figure skating team became an official club in the fall. Team members practice at the Culver Ice Arena and the Toyota Sports Center. The team, which consists of about 12 members, will begin competing against other schools next year.
