UCLA football hopes for turnaround after last season’s missteps

Many of the players from UCLA football’s dismal 4-8 run last season will return in 2017. So will most of the team’s biggest questions. Coach Jim Mora is still looking to solidify his starting offensive line, junior quarterback Josh Rosen is returning from a shoulder injury that knocked him out for the latter half of last season and the Bruins’ running back brigade is virtually unchanged from the group that finished near dead-last in yards on the ground per game in 2016. UCLA’s depth chart has a mix of experienced veterans and new faces

Tight ends move toward more significant role in Bruins’ offense

Rosen maintains strong fall camp performance at Fan Appreciation Day

The final play of Fan Appreciation Day was perhaps the one the fans appreciated the most. Junior quarterback Josh Rosen stepped up in the pocket and flung a bomb downfield to redshirt junior receiver Jordan Lasley, streaking behind the secondary for a touchdown of over 50 yards. Read more...
