Cronin fills first Pac-12 men’s basketball press day with lighthearted responses

Mick Cronin opened up his first Pac-12 media day cracking jokes. “We’re still undefeated,” the first-year coach said in his opening statement. “All the pressure right now is on Dave Roberts (on Wednesday) with the Dodgers.” The former Cincinnati coach represented UCLA men’s basketball at Tuesday’s Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Media Day alongside redshirt seniors guard Prince Ali and forward Alex Olesinski. Former partner countersues Ball family for fraud, exposes $80K sale of UCLA jerseys

Bruins contribute to USA’s gold medal count at Pan American Games

UCLA players eliminated from Drew League in weekend playoffs

The last players representing UCLA at the Drew League have been eliminated. Rising redshirt freshman forward Shareef O’Neal and rising sophomore forward Kenneth Nwuba, both playing for the Tuff Crowd, lost to Public Enemy by score of 93-76 in the first round of the Drew League playoffs Saturday.
