M.polo: Water polo sweeps opponents
The UCLA men’s water polo team swept its opponents over the weekend, beating UC Irvine 10-7 on Saturday and Long Beach State 12-7 on Sunday. Junior driver Brett Ormsby scored nine goals over the weekend, helping the team improve to 17-5 overall and 6-1 in the MPSF, with only two games left on the schedule. Read more...

W.soccer: Bruins beat Oregon teams
They may not have been the prettiest of wins, but the UCLA women’s soccer team accomplished what it set out to do. UCLA disposed of two of the Pac-10’s lesser squads over the weekend, beating Oregon State 3-1 Friday and Oregon 3-2 in overtime Sunday to claim the Pac-10 title outright. Read more...
