This year, the NCAA doled out $5 million to address disparities between the men’s and women’s March Madness tournaments. The expansion of the women’s tournament to 68 teams, gym equipment, swag bags, hotel accommodations and the official use of the “March Madness” logo are now all the same between the two leagues, among other aspects. The Bruins will hit the road again with a spot in the Women’s National Invitation Tournament championship on the line.
