UCLA students celebrate Chinese New Year

In celebration of the Chinese New Year, the Cultural Affairs Commission facilitated a UCLA outing to a parade in honor of the holiday in downtown Los Angeles. Students and festivalgoers talk about the parade and what the new year means to them.
