USAC seeks to improve campus Wi-Fi with survey on signal strength

An undergraduate student government office is working to improve campus Wi-Fi connection through a survey that allows students to report varying signal strength around campus. Trent Kajikawa, the Undergraduate Students Association Council Academic Affairs commissioner, said he launched the Your Wi-Fi Sucks campaign to highlight inconsistent connectivity around campus. Bruin Café wraps in eco-friendly paper packaging

Bruin Café now packs its sandwiches in eco-friendly paper wrapping as part of a cost-saving plan implemented mid-February. The new packaging is made of recyclable parchment paper wrapping, said Jeff Berman, general manager for Bruin Café and a senior food services manager for UCLA Housing and Hospitality Services.
