Student demands equal pay for full-time and student workers

A Bruin Cafe student employee is demanding that UCLA pay students and full-time workers in UCLA dining services equal wages. Dana Carrera, a rising third-year sociology student, started a petition last Friday that calls for UCLA Dining Services to pay its student workers $16.32 an hour, which is the starting wage for full-time employees. Westwood BID recap – Aug. 18

UCLA named No. 12 overall in 2016 international ranking
