Westwood residents and commuters are now able to buy tickets for the Commuter Express bus system on California’s first mobile ticketing app for public transportation. The Los Angeles Department of Transportation launched the LA Mobile app, which allows bus riders to check schedules and purchase tickets for the Commuter Express and DASH bus systems, at a public event Tuesday.
