The Westwood Community Council meets several times a year to discuss issues relevant to the Westwood Village business and residential community. A spokesman for Senator Ted Lieu (D-Torrance) said Lieu is negotiating with Robert McDonald, secretary for Veteran Affairs, about issues regarding the VA West Los Angeles Medical Center campus.
