Block received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stanford University and also earned a master’s and doctorate degree in psychology from the University of Oregon. Read more...

UCPD is searching for a suspect allegedly involved in an on-campus sexual battery and attempted strong arm robbery Tuesday night. The incident took place at Boelter Hall around 7:55 p.m, according to a UCPD crime alert sent Wednesday morning. Read more...
Lawrence Kruger, an emeritus distinguished professor of neurobiology and supporter of the performing arts, died July 12 in Los Angeles. He was 93 years old. He is survived by his wife Virginia, two daughters and three grandchildren. Read more...

Hovannisian, who joined the history department in 1969 after completing his doctorate at UCLA, studied the history of the First Armenian Republic and the Armenian Genocide. Read more...
