Trump chooses UCLA alumnus William McGinley as White House counsel

President-elect Donald Trump appointed William McGinley – a UCLA alumnus – as his White House counsel. McGinley, who graduated from UCLA with a history degree in 1992, has also held the role of White House Cabinet secretary in Trump’s first administration and general counsel to the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
