Klasky, a third-year mathematics and economics student, moved to Los Alamos, New Mexico when she was 8 years old with her mother and father, who are both physicists in the Los Alamos National Laboratory. UCLA and USC researchers team up to create pills that relieve hangovers
UCLA researchers are developing a pill to relieve hangovers. Yunfeng Lu, a chemical and biomolecular engineering professor at UCLA, and Cheng Ji, an associate professor at the University of Southern California, created a pill that decreased blood alcohol by 45 percent in inebriated mice within four hours. New code of conduct creates uniform rules for student organization violations
A new policy will create a uniform procedure for adjudicating student group violations of University policy. UCLA Dean of Students Maria Blandizzi announced a new Student Group Conduct Code on May 22, which will create guidelines for student group operations and a board to evaluate reports against student groups.
