Interactive education course trains students in alternative teaching methods

UCLA student organizations hosted a reading event Friday to promote youth literacy and increased representation during Black History Month. BlaQue fosters community, supports Black LGBTQ+ students

Black LGBTQ+ Bruins are finding community and connection at UCLA despite the challenges they face on campus and the shift to virtual learning. BlaQue, a student organization under the Queer Alliance at UCLA and the Afrikan Student Union, is a student organization centering the experiences of Black LGBTQ+ students and addressing the issues facing their communities. LA County announces end to indoor mask requirement for fully vaccinated individuals

This post was updated Feb. 24 at 5:32 p.m. Los Angeles County will lift its indoor mask mandate in places requiring vaccine verification beginning Friday.  Based on declining COVID-19 cases and test positivity rates, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health announced in a press release Wednesday that fully vaccinated individuals will no longer be required to wear masks indoors, provided businesses verify their vaccination status.
